  • Transportation of the bikes to the event start point from Bengaluru.
  • Transportation of the bikes after the event to Bengaluru.
  • Food and beverages that are not part of our breakfast, lunch and dinner menu.

If you are signing up for either a single or a double occupancy, you may be asked to move to a double or a triple occupancy respectively in case the situation arises. However, you will be informed before the start of the tour and the difference amount will be refunded to you. We need your cooperation on the same. 

In case you are not able to select a particular occupancy type, that means we are sold out on that particular type. please select the next best option and register if you are okay with that. If there is any cancellation, we will try and accommodate you with your preferred occupancy type. However, this is not guaranteed.
